Anyone who farms is well aware of the challenges facing agriculture today. Climate change itself, difficult local weather conditions such as extreme drought or unbalanced soils and little soil life do not always make it easy to make arable farming productive and profitable. As part of the current P/K symposia of the company AKRA Karner Düngeproduktion GmbH, Hans Unterfrauner sheds light on the topics of soil fertility and fractionated analysis as well as the path to becoming a climate professional (away from climate engineering). Practical examples from all over Europe will be used to show that farming can be carried out successfully despite the major challenges.
