Matthias Strahlhofer from TB Unterfrauner GmbH held a course on “Soil sampling in viticulture and fruit growing” to show what needs to be considered when taking samples, how the condition of the soil can be assessed when taking samples and when it makes sense to take and analyze soil samples.
